How to Use Photoshop to Automatically Load Multiple Images into Separate Layers

Anyone can write a script for Photoshop to automate certain repetitive tasks. Thankfully, Photoshop also comes with a set of built-in scripts. We're going to use the "Load Files into Stack" script to avoid the tedious process of opening each file in our animation individually.

1) Select "File" -> "Scripts" -> "Load Files into Stack"

Use a Script to automatically load each file.

2) Select the location of your images.

Click "Browse" to select the correct location of your images.

Highlight every image file that you want to load.

Click "Browse" to load the images.
 3) Each image will be loaded into a separate layer.

Step 5: Use the Animation window to create an animated Gif in Photoshop.
