Now that each frame in our animation has been loaded as a separate layer in one Photoshop image, we can use the Animation window to successively turn each frame on, then off.
1) Select "Window" -> "Animation"
The Animation window will keep track of each frame of your animation. |
2) Turn off the visibility of every layer except for the bottom layer.
The "Eyeball" signals visibility. Click to turn on/off. |
3) Enable visibility for exactly one layer per frame of your animation.
Only layer1 is visible for frame1. |
4) Add as many new frames as you need.
Only layer2 is visible for frame2. |
Only layer3 is visible for frame3. |
Only layer12 is visible for frame12. |
5) Select frame12, hold down "SHIFT" and select frame1. Every frame should be selected.
Selected frames are highlighted in blue. |
6) Select a pause time for each frame of the animation.
This animation will show frames per second (fps). |
7) Enjoy the show!
